“How do I know you’re a professional and insured cleaning company?”
Cleen Company is a member of the following professional bodies who govern professional cleaning companies in the UK National Carpet Cleaners association NCCA.

We are also members of the British institute of cleaning science BICSc. It is a requirement of the NCCA to have full Public Liability Insurance before you can become a member.

What areas do you cover?
For regular weekly cleaning we cover all of Greater London

For Tenancy Cleans and carpet cleaning over 500 sq ft we cover London, M25 and surrounding counties Kent, Essex, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes you can meet the cleaner first most people give the cleaner a test run to make sure she is suitable?

Who provides materials and equipment?
For regular cleaning we would expect you the client to provide equipment and materials this prevents germs, mites etc being bought from one home to another.

For Tenancy Cleaning and Spring Cleaning we will provide all equipment Materials at no extra cost

What if I have pets
We can arrange a cleaner who does not mind working with pets

Are your cleaners male or female?
We have both male and female cleaners but the male cleaners do not usually carry out weekly regular cleaning duties unless you specifically ask for a male cleaner.

What are your cleaners working hours?
Our cleaners work from 7:30am – 7:30pm or 5am start if needed. We can arrange cleaning 24 hours a day needed please call for more information

How many cleaners will it take to clean my property?
For regular weekly cleaning we usually send one cleaner but we can arrange more if needed.

For end of Tenancy cleaning we always send a minimum of two cleaners for properties up to three bedrooms three bedrooms or more we will send three or as many cleaners that are required to clean to our high standards.

Can My Cleaner come to my home when I am at work?
Yes, we are key holders for many of our clients

Will I have the same cleaner each week?
Yes you will have the same cleaner each week, if your cleaner is sick or on holiday we will replace the cleaner if you want us to until your regular cleaner returns

Can I specify the time and day the cleaner comes?
Yes you can and we will do our utmost to make sure we fulfil your requirements?

Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes one off cleaning is charged at a minimum of four hours

Regular weekly cleaning is charged at a minimum of two hours per visit

Can you give a Quotation over the phone?
We can give Estimates over the phone but without seeing the condition of a property we can not give an exact quote for end of tenancy or carpet cleaning but our estimates are usually very accurate and the estimate on the phone   should not be much more than the actual quoted price

How do I pay?
You can pay the cleaner directly on the day, in cash or by cheque if necessary you can also pay by BACS, Debit Card, Credit Card through Paypal
